So now you see why I felt the need to write this review. I doubt anyone else uses that app with this app, yet they did that solely for ME! Wow! That is ABOVE AND BEYOND in my eyes! I still can hardly believe it. But instead of informing me kindly that there wasn’t much they could do about it, the person I spoke with (a developer) downloaded a completely different app (that I had on my phone) to make it compatible with their app again, as it did prior to the update. I knew there was no chance of resolving an issue that small and particular, that only one person was experiencing. I reported one issue (after an update) that was a big deal in my eyes but learned soon later that it wasn’t as big of an issue as I thought - it was probably only MY issue at that point. But I have to this time, after a year of using this app - solely because I’ve never, in my entire life, received better customer service.! Well, I don’t write reviews often at all.
